Summary: Comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfy. Location was great. Close to Canal District and just before the causeway to beachside New Smyrna. Only draw was no Wi-Fi and no laundry. I do know that Kim is working to get those two things squared away quick. Overall, happy with stay.

Summary: This house was so cute and the host was amazing! For my next beach trip up to New Smyrna I will definitely book here again. It’s not a far drive to the beach and perfect for a family to stay in. Thank you Kim for everything! You are awesome!

Summary: We almost had to stay in a hotel because our host didn’t answer for 3 hours. My check in was at 4pm and she answered at 6:30pm. Did not send the code before check in. The location was nice because it close to the beach which was nice. Bring your own toilet paper because there was none. The stove, toaster over and microwave did not work. only working appliances was the refrigerator
